My eight year old daughter loves Sanrio and our Samoyed, Norah Bones (not in that order). When were at Haneda Airport waiting for the flight home when – not wanting her to play any more video games – I introduced genAI images for her to see what she would create. I generated an image of Norah at the airport with us (she was missing the dog after a few weeks away from home) and she was hooked.
Here are some of the things she wanted to see and the prompts she used.

- a fluffy Samoyed playing “Jingle Bells” on a piano, with assistant fluffy baby koalas singing along
- photorealistic fluffy fat cheetah eating a soup dumpling with a fork and a spoon, sitting next to a white samoyed dog whos is looking eagerly and drooling at the dumpling
- a fluffy baby bunny and a baby Shiba Inu in a meadow, created in a super kawaii style with pastel colors, akin to the style of Sanrio, Gudetama, and Lotte.

Third graders at her school get lockers for the first time, and it’s very popular for the girls now to trade magnets with friends to decorate their lockers. We took her fifth output of the panda and made some custom magnets for her and her crew. She’s over the moon.
